D’Anne Hurd is an audit committee financial expert and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) authority. She has served on the boards of four public companies and seven private company boards across retail, medical devices, cloud-based SaaS, technology, pharma/biotech, financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. Hurd served as the first independent director for EILEEN FISHER (a 40% ESOP-owned, Certified B Corp.), which manufactures and sells luxury women’s clothing sourced and manufactured under stringent sustainability guidelines. Hurd is an independent trustee, governance and nominating committee member, and audit committee member for PAX World Funds/PAX Ellevate Fund, the first mutual fund family to invest only in companies that demonstrate a commitment to sustainability. Additionally, Hurd chairs the audit committee of Martin Engineering and sits on the nominating/governance and audit committees for Peckham Industries where she chairs the ESG subcommittee. She is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow and NACD Directorship Certified®.
Sonita Lontoh is an accomplished public board director with expertise in ESG, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. She currently serves on the boards of Sunrun, the largest consumer solar company in the United States, and at TrueBlue, a global workforce solutions company that in the past three years has connected more than two million people to work. Prior (over her 25-year diverse global career focusing on ESG, digital transformation, and innovation as a senior executive at HP, Siemens, and PG&E) she led programs that have delivered positive impact to businesses, consumers, and society. She is a purpose-driven leader who is passionate about technology for humanity. She has been recognized by the White House, the US Department of State, and inducted into the Asian Hall of Fame and the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame.
